About sipIQ
Real-time unified communications.
Meet our
leadership team
sipIQ is the only true cloud-communications platform giving you all the important features and functions you need or will need in the future. With a 100% US based support team and a price point that beats your current spend, we can help you react quicker than your competition, and remain a global leader.
We are an innovator of real-time unified communications platforms for companies whose businesses demand secure, adaptive, effortless and forward thinking communications solutions with their constituents and their clients. The experience and credentials of our engineering team is centered on the constant evolution of ways to help our customers stay connected and competitive with those around them. At every level in our organization, and through our national network of partners, we exist only to ensure that our customers are well-served with the best technology, devices, networks, applications, and solutions.
The sipIQ platform was built with a focus on these 6 core principles to be.
Enabling the hard stuff to us so you can focus on your business.

  • With sipIQ, we manage your phone system 100%, leaving you and your resources to concentrate on strategic moves that keep you ahead of your competition.

We perform ALL MACs, manage all changes to the system, and work directly with your provider to manage your connection(s).
Five 9’s reliability means sipIQ is ready, always up, and reliable.

  • sipIQ uses multilayered hardware and software based security provisions to provide the highest levels of security for our customers.

Calls are encrypted from end to end. With 24/7/365 monitoring against hacking and fraud, you’re always protected. sipIQ can natively be configured to meet GSA, HIPAA, PCI, and Safe Harbor requirements.
Adapts and scales to your business.

  • With sipIQ, growth and scalability is a snap.

Instead of storing your PBX in the cloud like hosted providers, the sipIQ solution deploys a local node at each of your locations, and mirrors that instance in the cloud.

Your telephone system is not just in the cloud, it’s everywhere you are.
sipIQ is forward thinking, evolving and ready for the future.

  • At sipIQ we believe a telephone system should operate the way your business works.

The sipIQ solution was engineered with the enterprise customer in mind.

Once you become a client of sipIQ, you get all of the newest and most advanced features for one price. As new features and upgrades get rolled out, you get them too, at no additional cost.

sipIQ evolves in concert with your business..
Value driven
Delivering everything you want and need with no added cost.
Value Driven

  • Why pay for extras? With sipIQ, you get all the advanced features of an on premise phone solution, the reliability of our IQCloud architecture, all at one price point.

There are some things that hosted phone systems can’t do.

    For everything else there’s sipIQ.
Adding intelligence to the cloud, the cloud done right.

  • The sipIQ solution shatters the hosted model.

We circumvent a common sbc, a common softswitch, and any shared hops. With private cloud, your telephone system has its own private softswitch, ip address, and firewall. You don’t share a Virtual Machine with thousands of other customers.

With sipIQ you have an actual cloud, no single point of failure, not a single instance of your telephone system to rely on.
sipIQ employees are happy to call themselves techies, Nerds, Geeks and Engineers. At our core, we do not believe a better communication solution should cost more or offer less. Our goal has always been to make business communications simple, easy and reliable.

Seasoned veterans in IP telephony
We provide a "best in class"cost estimate

The sipIQ team keeps our clients connected so they can remain focused on their business. Contact us now to find out why sipIQ is the cloud done better.

We have been architecting solutions since before IP telephony was born.
Our passion for IP voice technologies started over 14 years ago. (Try to find anyone else with this many years in the retail VOIP industry!) We knew then, that this new technology was destined to revolutionize the way voice systems function. To put this technology to work we applied our passion and imagination to one-of-a-kind solutions to meet our customer's unique demands. The result of these efforts put our clients and partners well ahead of the technology curve and delivered practical, cost effective solutions.

In the wrong hands this technology has become another discovery that fell short on improving communication. Instead of leveraging its power to best benefit everyone, companies exploited IP telephony to optimize the amount of money they could collect. While some would point out that this was “good business” we feel that delivering less and charging more is never a good way to encourage the adoption of new technology.

sipIQ was born out of the need to use IP telephony as a solution that would:
  1. Fulfill expectations of the client
  2. Keep the entire experience simple from sales to user experience
  3. Enable companies to use advanced features without incurring additional cost
  4. Deliver a solution that does not burden the internal IT resources and empowers them to focus on strategic initiatives instead of day to day break fix issues
  5. Provide a solution that becomes an integral part of how its clients do business
Our goal
To make communication simple, easy and reliable, but still provide a solution uniquely suited to each client. We are driven by our love affair with technology and our desire to provide a solution that keeps all of our customers connected. At our core, we believe that a properly architected solution should encompass more features than ever before, and simultaneously prove easier for all users to adopt.

Every sipIQ customer needs a unique solution to match unique business requirements. A telephony solution should never be a one size fits all.

Our solution and our our employees reflect our passion and goals. We are a diverse, focused, experienced, and passionate team!
Our senior staff:
Robert Campozano
Since founding sipIQ Robert has led the Company in revolutionizing voice for the cloud space. Robert loves to learn, innovate and collaborate with others. Never one to shy away from a new challenge Robert repeatedly digs into new technology and endeavors to make it usable for the masses. Thinking outside the box is an odd concept for Robert since he has never seen the box nor admitted its very existence. Always striving to apply technology for practical use and creating innovative solutions.

"After hours" projects that keep Robert’s creative engine burning include traveling, American Football and cooking on his Green Egg. While God and Family is most important, the group that he most identifies with can be found at www.randomactsofkindness.org where ‘paying it forward’ is a way of life. Robert also believes that mental illness needs more attention at every level of our society. The work that NAMI does is very important to Robert and mental Illness has been stigmatized and ignored for far too long in our society.
Rich Quinn
VP Engineering
Rich Quinn's focus is product development, stability, and security. His overarching goal has been to improve reliability, reduce mean time to repair, improve installation consistency and overall infrastructure design.

As the oldest member of the team, Rich’s experience goes back to the onset of the microcomputer. In 1978 Rich founded Quinn Tech. The company focused on application of the then new microcomputer to business solutions. Rich continues his love of technology following "open source" software projects focused on cutting-edge Linux driven solutions with heavy emphasis on networking and network based technologies focused on voice and video.

After hours his passion revolves around his family of 19 adopted and 3 natural children (yes, 22) and missions to third world countries. He has made dozens of trips to Honduras and continues to do so. He was a first-responder to Haiti, working with a team of all volunteer doctors and nurses, after the earthquake of 2010. While the doctors did surgeries, Rich kept the generators and water systems running.
Tim Hand
Senior Technologist
Tim has a desire for seamless organizational process and at sipIQ, he is responsible for solving complex issues created by the convergence of voice and cloud platforms. His tendency to deliver direct solutions is augmented by his ability to balance technical system capabilities with business requirements of the customer. With an extensive skillset that occupies project and customer-facing management, his expertise is enhanced with a vast technical knowledge in related software, networking and programming platforms.

As an Australian ex-pat living in NYC, he is an avid runner and cyclist which delivers an opportunity to adapt to the speed and hustle of the NYC lifestyle. When he isn’t active, winding down with cooking classes and eating out is his ideal choice, where food & wine options are in abundance.

Parallel to sipIQ, his pursuit is in water conservation and feels “making people aware of this precious natural resource and encouraging them to make a difference both locally and abroad is paramount.” Please visit and support https://thewaterproject.org/
John Yessis
VP Channel Sales
As VP of Channel Sales, John Yessis is responsible for growing the company’s sales channels and developing new markets. His unique approach to customer first translates to supporting his partners in any way he can. Yessis is an experienced sales professional with a penchant for end user training, which he occasionally does to this day. Prior to sipIQ and telecom John spent nearly a decade in corporate event sales/operations. Yessis excels at creating mutually beneficial relationships, working under extreme time constraints, recruiting, and team building.

After-hours (mostly before for the early bird) activities for John include competing in the sport of CrossFit, coaching youth football and baseball, and spending as much time as possible chasing around his three active children.

Some organizations that hit home for John include www.breastcancer.org and https://no-shave.org/. When fall rolls around John goes from clean cut to mountain man to support these causes.
Joe Walker
VP of Operations
As VP of Operations Joe is very much the face/voice of the sipIQ operations team. Through his years in the workforce he has filled a variety of different roles that have given him a broad range of experience in both business and technology. He prides himself on using these skills in working towards efficiency and effectiveness in business operations with the end goal of success for sipIQ and its customers alike. Outside the walls of sipIQ, helping others is important to him and he regularly participates in volunteer work with his family. He can also be found eating at the newest farm to table experience in your area, or creating the perfect meal at home with his wife. He has two beautiful children and has most recently become addicted to a local morning ‘spin’ class. Walker believes not only in healthy eating, but healthy living, where respecting yourself, each other, and the world around you is vital.

Carla Jarrett
Carrier Relations
Carla Jarrett’s charter is to transform and deliver the customer experience with regards to appropriation and deployment of new carriers and connectivity for sipIQ clients and partners. While most providers leave you on your own to upgrade your connectivity, Carla digs deep to find the best solution available, helps navigate the legal jargon and sees you through the turn up phase and beyond. Her knowledge of PRI, MPLS, dedicated SIP, Coax, Ethernet, and Fiber puts clients at ease during the planning process.

When the day ends at sipIQ, Carla is often found cooking the perfect Italian meal, following her love of fashion, or planning her next adventure to a foreign country. To those deserving, she believes deeply in true justice, and teaching others how to be better than they were yesterday.

“You give a poor man a fish and you will feed him for a day. You teach him to fish and you give him an occupation that will feed him for a lifetime.”
Joseph Lenzi
Senior Software Engineer
Joseph Lenzi, our youngest member, came to sipIQ through a unique interview process. Through a long-time friend and math professor in the Texas Junior College system, the question was asked, "Who is the best math and programming nerd that is working on a computing degree that you know?", Lenzi’ s name was at the top of the list. His passion and natural skills have made him the driving force behind sipIQ version 2.0 developments. Joseph is part of the latest generation of "nerds" which includes the same passion for developing new products and ideas but adds the great benefit of a formal education and degree in his chosen field.

After hours, he enjoys the sport of bowling with his closest friends, and also lists programming (huge surprise) as a ‘favorite’ pastime. With Lenzi at the helm, this country would do more to alleviate the global poverty problem, and make changes to lessen the wage inequality we currently see in America.
George O'Kane
Marketing Creative Director
George O’Kane is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company’s marketing efforts. O’Kane brings over 20 years of marketing, product management, and branding experience with companies ranging from robust Fortune 500 to fledgling start-ups in incubators. Some of his higher profile clients include Liberty Mutual, FAST/Microsoft, and Reebok. His many skills include brand development, design, website design, animation and video.

Like most of the sipIQ team O’Kane has an eclectic background and list of hobbies that populate his off hours. This die hard Patriots and Red Sox fan, paints and has coached youth baseball. When the Red Sox aren’t in town he can be found in his personal workshop making furniture, carving wood or turning a baseball bat out of a piece of maple.

As a parent, St. Judes Children’s hospital and its cause are special for George.
