Our Phone System Emergency Backup (PSEB) ensures that your phone system remains operational during power outages or other emergencies. It provides a reliable backup power source with IVR for your phone system, so you can stay connected with your customers even during an emergency.
sipIQ will setup all existing users, extensions and IVR in our secure Cloud.
In the event of an outage, site emergency or if the onsite PBX goes down, all calls are automatically routed to your pre-defined options (i.e. personalized Voice Mail in the cloud, Voice Mail to e-Mail, Cell Phones, PC Based Softphone, etc…).
